Trade Accounts

We created Designer Fluff specifically with you in mind. After several years in the interior design business, our founder, Audra Canfield, realized the need for high end throw pillows to be readily available to designers as they finish their projects. Now we are here -- to save you time, energy, and manpower! Please visit us often, as we will update our fabrics frequently to stay on top of current trends. Applying for trade membership is easy, just complete our Trade Account Application Form. Once your application has been submitted with valid documentation (see list below) you will receive an email indicating your application is being reviewed. If you would prefer, you may fax your application and documentation to us at 917-591-5601. Once approved, you will receive via email your user name, password and designer discount. We do not publish the trade discount for your privacy. If the supporting documentation does not meet the requirements, you will be contacted.

One of the following items is required for a trade account:
  • Current Business or State Profession License in a Residential or Commercial Design-based business or the Hospitality industry
  • Proof of current AI or IDI provincial registration
  • Business ID number
  • Proof of current ASID membership
  • Interior design certification (e.g. NCID, CCIDC)
  • W9, Federal ID form, or EIN number
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate
If you are a resident of Arizona and wish to resell our pillows and avoid paying sales tax, you will be required to submit a resale certificate along with your online application.
